Qualifications

• Educational background in Business Administration, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collections of outstanding balances according to policy.
• Respond to customer calls and emails within targets.
• Identify customer complaints and escalate as appropriate.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service and finance on disputes and payment issues.
• Maintain logs of customer information and support other collectors.
