Medtronic in Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a hybrid work team focused on delivering exceptional support to healthcare providers. You will handle complex inquiries, drive process improvements, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate orders, quotes, and timely follow-ups.

The role requires strong English and French, plus experience with MS Office. Travel is minimal, mainly for meetings and training.

Qualifications

English and French language proficiency, both written and verbal.
Experience handling complex customer situations or escalations.
Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsabilités

Act as a subject matter expert for complex customer inquiries and escalated issues.
Manage customer transactions, quotations, orders, and follow‑ups with accuracy.
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer and operational matters.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows with sustainable solutions.
Participate in projects, system implementations, and UAT activities.
Support compliance with company policies and quality requirements.
Analyze operational data and trends to identify improvements.
Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and training for the Customer Care team.
