Medtronic is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our service and repair operations. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work arrangement and minimal travel, covering Portugal and collaborating with teams across Europe.

You will act as the main liaison for customers, manage requests and ensure high-quality service, while coordinating with engineers, repair centers and logistics. Multilingual proficiency and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, service support or a related environment.
• Professional proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair journey.
• Manage service requests, quotations, orders and follow-up activities to ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with service engineers, repair centers and logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution within a regulated MedTech environment.
