Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support service and repair for medical devices in a hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal and Madrid, Spain. You will act as the trusted customer partner, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-up to ensure outstanding service in a regulated MedTech setting.

Role requires English, Portuguese and Spanish proficiency, plus 2+ years in customer service or related areas. Travel is minimal; ERP/CRM experience (SAP or Salesforce) is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Professional proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or service support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout service and repair journeys.
• Manage service requests, quotations, orders and follow-up to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with service engineers, repair centers, logistics, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
• Support quality and compliance in a regulated MedTech environment.
