Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support a new in‑house Service & Repair Customer Care team. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal with a hybrid work arrangement covering Portugal, and travel is minimal.

You will act as primary contact for customers, manage service requests and escalations, collaborate with engineers and logistics, and help ensure timely repair and return to service, with English, Portuguese, and Spanish required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service, operations, or service support.
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems like SAP or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers during service and repair journeys.
• Manage service requests, quotes, orders, and follow-ups for a strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with service engineers, repair centers, and logistics to resolve issues.
• Handle escalations and complaints with timely, appropriate follow-up.
• Support quality/compliance in a regulated MedTech environment.
