Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to distributors and sales team with high responsiveness.
• Manage customer orders in SAP including entry, modifications and cancellations.
• Share information on product availability, pricing, features and order status.
• Monitor orders from placement to delivery to ensure prompt invoicing and minimal disruption.
• Handle customer claims, order issues and service incidents, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
