eDreams ODIGEO, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Legal Counsel-specialist in contract management to support global commercial contracting and template development. You will collaborate with Compliance, Data Protection and Customer Law teams, shaping playbooks and processes across procurement and business areas.

You will draft, review and negotiate NDAs, supplier and IT contracts, and oversee brand assets while staying abreast of travel-tech regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited law school.
• 4+ years of experience working as a legal counsel in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Full professional competency in English and Spanish (French would be a plus).
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, review, and negotiation of a diverse array of contracts, including NDAs, supplier service agreements and IT agreements, domestically and globally.
• Oversee the intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and domain names, and manage brand assets globally.
• Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide pragmatic legal guidance throughout contract negotiations and decision-making.
• Conduct legal research and provide concise analyses to support decisions.
