Deliverect seeks an Associate Legal Counsel to drive global commercial agreements, GDPR/privacy initiatives, and corporate governance from our Madrid office. The role is full-time and hybrid, with 3 days in Madrid and 2 days remote, collaborating with strategy, product, and commercial teams to enable revenue growth while managing risk.

English fluency is essential; GDPR expertise is required and Spanish is a bonus.

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience as in-house counsel or at a top-tier tech-focused law firm.
• Proven GDPR/privacy expertise; experience in tech or B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
• Track record in commercial negotiation balancing risk and commercial goals in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of a second language (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements to drive global revenue growth.
• Advise on GDPR and global privacy matters; negotiate DPAs with customers and partners.
• Support governance, M&A, and funding rounds across global entities.
• Provide legal direction for product launches and marketing regulatory alignment.
