NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Barcelona seeks a Contract Management Officer to orchestrate contracts with international organizations and European institutions, combining technology and governance for public impact. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage documentation, ensure compliance, and support proposals and invoicing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related field.
• Masters degree desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, operations support or similar administrative roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Framework Contracts and contractual processes related to International Organizations and European Institutions.
• Collect, register and coordinate work order requests, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain daily communication with consultants, customers and partners on contractual matters.
• Coordinate the preparation, review and submission of technical and financial proposals.
• Perform document quality reviews, audits and compliance checks.
• Process and maintain records of contracts and performance information.
• Follow up on invoicing processes and ensure documents meet contractual conditions.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, agenda coordination and minute-taking.
• Manage filing, archiving and document management activities.
