DSV Barcelona is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support to our Spanish entities, partnering with senior management, commercial teams, customers, and the global Legal Department.

You will review and negotiate customer contracts, advise on legal and compliance risks, and ensure alignment with Group policies and governance standards. The role supports major commercial projects and M&A activities, acting as a trusted advisor.

Formación

• Law degree and eligibility to practice.
• 5–7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in transport or logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review and negotiate customer contracts in line with group policies.
• Advise on legal and compliance risks and governance standards.
• Support major commercial projects and M&A activities.
• Provide reports to Management and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management and the global Legal Department.
