Insight Enterprises is seeking an Adoption & Change Consultant within the Service Design & Delivery area of EMEA Services. You will lead adoption projects, ensuring client outcomes and successful rollouts of Connected Workforce solutions.

Responsibilities include guiding project teams, monitoring progress, and delivering structured change management activities. Candidates should have PROSCI or similar credentials, experience with Microsoft O365, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
• PROSCI certification or equivalent change-management credential.
• Experience in a change management/technology adoption role.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 technologies and Digital Workspace technologies.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to coordinate resources (people, funding, materials) to achieve a project.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Comfort working in a globally diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of adoption projects and achieve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with client adoption teams to plan rollout strategies.
• Provide guidance and best practices to maximise success.
• Coordinate with Insight consultants for multi-practice projects.
• Monitor rollout progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports to track KPI targets and blockers.
• Ensure defined KPI targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Apply structured change management activities.
• Conduct change management assessments and surveys.
• Identify impacted client teams and support training/communication plans.
