Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking an Adoption & Change Consultant to join the Service Design & Delivery area in EMEA Services. You will own adoption project delivery for clients, developing roll-out strategies, guiding teams, and monitoring progress to ensure benefits are realized from Insight’s Connected Workforce solutions.

The role emphasizes PROSCI-based change management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management/technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 and digital workspace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of adoption projects and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with client teams to develop adoption roll-out strategies and plans.
• Provide guidance and best practices to maximise project success.
• Monitor progress and report status to client decision-makers.
• Conduct change assessments and develop training and communication plans.
