Job summary

Accenture España is seeking a French-speaking Change Management Consultant to support large-scale transformations across Europe. Work with multidisciplinary teams to prepare for change, engage stakeholders, and accelerate adoption through communications, learning, and business readiness strategies.

This hybrid role requires 1–3 years in CM/related fields, fluency in French and English, and strong presentation skills. Travel nationally/internationally may be required, with flexible work in Spain.

Qualifications

1–3 years in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, PM, Consulting, or related fields.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Support change management activities across transformation projects.
Prepare stakeholder analyses and impact assessments for employees and teams.
Create communication materials, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, intranet content, and updates.
Develop training materials, learning journeys, and enablement resources.
Coordinate change champion networks and track adoption readiness.
