Job summary

Insight Enterprises in Madrid seeks an Adoption & Change Consultant to drive the successful adoption of Connected Workforce solutions for clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will partner with client teams to embed new ways of working with a focus on people, processes and technology alignment.

You will guide change initiatives using PROSCI methodologies, coordinate resources, monitor milestones, and report progress to stakeholders to ensure benefits are realized and users

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
• PROSCI certification or equivalent change management qualification.
• Experience in a change management/technology adoption position.
• Experience working with Microsoft O365 technologies.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to coordinate resources (people, funding, materials) to achieve a project.
• Very good organisational skills.
• Demonstrates readiness to deliver multiple complex projects.
• Ability to work in a globally diverse environment, with inclusion in mind.
• Enthusiasm for modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of adoption projects, ensuring targets are met and client outcomes are achieved.
• Partner with client teams to develop adoption roll-out strategies and plans.
• Provide guidance, methodology, and best practices to maximise success.
• Engage with consultants to configure multi-practice projects to client needs.
• Monitor progress, support project management, and share status updates with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and flag blockers impacting timescales or success.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Apply structured change management activities and assess/change readiness.
• Identify impacted client teams and support training and communication plans.
• Support a future-view approach to sustained adoption of solutions.
