Homeclub in Madrid seeks a Booking Agent to own the full conversion journey from inquiry to reservation. You will convert leads with a blend of sales and service, ensuring guest satisfaction across channels.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English and Spanish, thrives on hitting conversion and occupancy targets, and is comfortable using CRMs and booking platforms in a fast-paced, international team.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+).
• Natural communicator on the phone and via email.
• Sales-driven mindset focused on conversion.
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with CRMs, booking platforms, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming booking requests across all channels with speed and a personal touch.
• Guide potential guests through the entire booking process: answer questions, remove friction, close the deal.
• Track payments and outstanding balances to ensure settlement before and during stays.
• Manage overbookings and relocations, prioritizing guest experience.
• Coordinate with Operations and Guest Experience teams for smooth check-ins.
• Handle cancellations, modifications, and extensions per company policies.
• Monitor daily KPIs and contribute to sales and occupancy targets.
