Minor Hotels in Madrid is hiring a Booking Agent (M/F) to join the Reservation Department and manage bookings across direct and indirect channels from request to confirmation.

You will provide hotel information, perform up-selling and cross-selling to grow revenue, and ensure excellent service. English proficiency and full‑time, in-person availability are required.

Formación

• Flexibility, proactivity and goal-oriented attitude.

• Sales experience in reservations or commercial area valued.

Responsabilidades

• Process reservations from request to confirmation and provide hotel information.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with reservation channels for Minor Hotels Madrid.
• Carry out face-to-face client service in the Madrid office.
