Homeclub in Madrid is hiring a Booking Agent to own the full conversion journey from inquiry to reservation. You’ll be the link between leads and happy guests, blending sales mindset with exceptional service.

Handle multi‑channel inquiries, guide guests through the booking process, track payments, and coordinate check‑ins with Operations and Guest Experience teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. You’ll contribute to daily KPIs and occupancy targets.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish at C1+ level.
• Sales-driven with ability to move a lead through a funnel.
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming booking requests across channels with speed and personal touch.
• Guide potential guests through the booking process and close the deal.
• Track payments and outstanding balances to ensure settlements.
• Manage overbookings and relocations with guest experience as priority.
• Coordinate with Operations and Guest Experience teams for smooth check-ins.
• Handle cancellations, modifications, and extensions per company policies.
• Monitor daily KPIs and contribute to sales and occupancy targets.
