Homeclub in Madrid is seeking a Customer Support Intern to be part of the conversion journey from inquiry to reservation. You'll learn to manage inquiries across channels and guide guests through the booking process, with a sales-driven mindset.

This role offers an international team, hybrid work in central Madrid, and opportunities to grow within the company. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and prior hospitality experience is not required.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• No specific industry experience required; enthusiasm and attitude matter.
• Strong communication and a sales-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming booking requests across channels with fast, personal responses.
• Guide potential guests through the booking journey.
• Assist guest relocations and manage overbookings while minimizing disruption.
• Coordinate between the Booking and Operations/Guest Experience teams.
• Process cancellations, modifications, and extensions per internal policies.
• Monitor pending payments and balances to ensure settlements.
