Job summary

Prinova, a leading global supplier within the NAGASE Group, seeks a Sales Support Specialist to join the hybrid Barcelona team. You will support the commercial team with order processing, customer communication, and cross‑functional coordination across logistics, quality and product teams.

The role requires fluency in English and French, strong Excel and BI skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French required; strong communication skills.
• Experience in a commercial, sales support, or analytical role with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools; comfortable with data interpretation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take, confirm and input customer orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with commercial, logistics and quality teams to monitor orders.
• Input purchase orders and manage customer inquiries with prompt responses.
• Share quality documents with customers and liaise with the Quality team as needed.
• Prepare and send price quotes; support with lead qualification and sample coordination.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support tender/document renewals as required.
• Arrange and track samples and ensure inventory levels for key accounts.
