WW Talents in Madrid is seeking an English-speaking Account Executive to join its international commercial team. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and product demonstrations to trial management and converting opportunities into paying subscribers.

This hybrid Madrid-based role requires living in Spain with full right to work. Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in B2B or outbound sales; the package includes a €30,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, a €600

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual English
• Based in Spain with legal right to work in Spain
• 1–6 years in sales or related roles

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end new business sales process.
• Identify and approach prospective customers through outbound outreach.
• Make 80–100 calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
• Present the product and conduct client demonstrations.
• Support prospects during free trial period and convert to paid subscriptions.
• Drive new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Close deals and handover to Customer Experience team.
