Rashi Joshi is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Melbourne's south-east. You will provide broad HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and staff to drive effective people practices.

Reporting to the HR Manager and Payroll Manager, this role covers recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations within a supportive leadership environment. A fixed-term parental leave contract with onsite parking is offered.

• Broad HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding processes.
• Experience managing WorkCover and Return-to-Work processes.
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate training programmes and maintain compliance records.

• Conduct visa checks and support employment compliance requirements.

• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.

Employing a large workforce across multiple operational sites, they are known for their strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement. Due to a parental leave cover requirement, they are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their team in Melbourne's south-east.

Your new role Reporting to the HR Manager and Payroll Manager, you will provide broad HR support across the employee life cycle while partnering with managers and employees across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
• Coordinating training programmes and maintaining compliance records
• Managing WorkCover claims and Return-to-Work programs

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a generalist HR position
• Strong recruitment and onboarding experience
• Demonstrated experience managing WorkCover and Return-to-Work processes
• Sound understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
