Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR department or HR operations role.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and candidate management.
  • Experience working with HR data, reporting or HR systems.
  • Professional English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with HR data, dashboards or reporting tools (Excel / Power BI).
  • Experience with Job Descriptions Analysis and Design.
  • Experience with Competencies based recruitment and evaluations.

Responsabilidades

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: carry out initial candidate interviews and onboarding.
  • Job Architecture, Role Analysis & Organizational Design: support JD standardization and design.
  • Offboarding: design and implement offboarding program; run exit surveys and reports.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience: design surveys, track participation, prepare data for analysis.
  • Internal HR Communications & Employer Branding: draft and publish communications; maintain HR dashboards.

This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful HR projects within a collaborative and international setting.

We are looking for a highly proactive and analytical HR professional to join our HR Team in a hybrid role combining Talent Acquisition and Development.

This role is designed for someone execution-oriented, structured and comfortable working with data, capable of managing recruitment processes while also contributing to dashboards, organisational development and process improvement within the HR function.

The position plays a key role in supporting the operational scalability and data-driven evolution of the HR area.

Mission

Provide autonomous operational and analytical support across key People & Culture initiatives, including Offboarding, Employee Engagement, Internal HR Communications, Reporting, Audits, Internship Programs, and HR Digitalization.

Additionally, dedicate approximately 30–40% of the role to supporting Talent Acquisition activities and internship management, depending on recruitment demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    Carry out initial candidate interviews.

  • Job Architecture, Role Analysis & Organizational Design

    Support the Job Description (JD) standardization project, including communications with managers, guidance on completing the standardized JD template, and document review and updates.

    Assist with job analysis and role redesign through manager interviews, role assessments, and support in redesign initiatives for selected positions.

    Monitor progress and contribute to continuous process improvement.

  • Offboarding

    Support the design, documentation, and implementation of the offboarding program.

    Assist with the development of dashboards and continuous improvement of exit surveys.

    Conduct semi-structured exit interviews.

    Prepare reports and provide updates to the manager.

  • Employee Engagement & Experience

    Support the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives using standardized methodologies.

    Design employee surveys and questionnaires.

    Coordinate survey launches, reminders, participation tracking, and data collection.

    Prepare databases and structure engagement data for analysis.

  • Internal HR Communications & Employer Branding

    Design and format internal HR newsletters under the guidance of the manager and aligned with the corporate communication strategy.

    Prepare draft communications and operational content.

    Publish communications and monitor engagement.

    Prepare data and maintain HR dashboards.

    Upload and validate HR metrics and data.

    Support the preparation of quarterly HR reports and analytics.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR department or HR operations role.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment processes and candidate management.
  • Experience working with HR data, reporting or HR systems.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
  • Professional English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with HR data, dashboards or reporting tools (Excel / Power BI).
  • Experience with Job Descriptions Analysis and Desig.
  • Experience with Competencies based recruitment and evaluations.
Highly Valued
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
  • Experience working in fast-growing or international environments.
  • Exposure to HR operations, HRIS or process improvement initiatives.
