TransPerfect is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist - Time & Leave Management to support the implementation of a new HRIS system. This role focuses on optimizing time, attendance, and leave management modules while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant implementation experience, particularly in Workday, SAP, or Oracle systems. Responsibilities include configuring systems, managing integrations, and conducting data migration and testing.

Formación

• 3–5 years of HRIS or HCM/Absence implementation experience (Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc.).
• Strong understanding of time tracking, scheduling, and absence management processes.
• Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Configure time tracking systems including shifts, schedules, and overtime rules.
• Design and implement leave accrual and absence management policies.
• Manage integrations with payroll and HR modules to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform data migration, system testing, and validation of attendance records.
• Support post-implementation monitoring and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
