TransPerfect is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist - Time & Leave Management in Barcelona. This role will support the implementation and optimization of new HRIS modules, ensuring compliance with labor laws and accurate time tracking.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of HRIS implementation experience and a strong grasp of time tracking and scheduling processes. Key responsibilities include configuring systems and supporting post-implementation monitoring.

Formación

• 3–5 years of HRIS or HCM/Absence implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of time tracking, scheduling, and absence management processes.
• Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Configure time tracking systems including shifts and schedules.
• Design and implement leave accrual and absence management policies.
• Manage integrations with payroll and HR modules.

Conocimientos

HRIS or HCM/Absence implementation experience

Understanding of time tracking and scheduling

Data migration and reporting proficiency
