Inflow Partnership works with a leading global pharmaceutical company to appoint a Workday Specialist in Barcelona. The role focuses on configuring, enhancing, and supporting multiple Workday modules to meet evolving HR requirements.

You will lead HR digitalisation projects, partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable Workday solutions, and manage releases while ensuring system stability and performance.

• Configure, enhance, and support multiple Workday modules, ensuring they meet evolving business and HR requirements.
• Lead and contribute to HR digitalisation projects, driving system improvements and process optimisation across the organisation.
• Partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable Workday solutions and integrations.
• Manage Workday releases, provide advanced user support, and ensure the ongoing stability and performance of the HR technology landscape.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company and they are looking for a Workday Specialist.

This role is based in Barcelona and will report to the Senior Workday Specialist.
