Momentum Global in Barcelona, Spain, seeks an HR Operations Specialist to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple European markets. The role supports payroll activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the main HR contact for employees and managers in a fast-growth tech environment.

You will optimise HRIS data, collaborate with Finance and Legal, and contribute to a culture focused on employee experience and scalability.

Formación

• 2+ years in HR/People Operations in international or fast-growth settings.
• Payroll exposure and labour law across at least one European market.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Personio, BambooHR, Workday or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple European markets.
• Support and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as go-to person for HR queries, guiding employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies across jurisdictions.
• Maintain and optimise HRIS data quality and reliability.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and stakeholders on people-related matters.
• Contribute to building a high-performing, people-centric culture.
