ENGIE is seeking an HR Services Manager for our Madrid headquarters. You will oversee HR operations, drive process improvements and lead a small HR services team to deliver high-quality employee services in a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders, ensure compliance with Spanish labour regulations, and foster a data-driven, service-oriented culture across HR functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, HR services or HR shared services environments.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and labour relations fundamentals.
• Experience participating in or managing HR process improvement or transformation projects.
• Experience working with HR Business Partners and interacting with business stakeholders.
• Spanish level C2 and English level C1.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the delivery of key HR operational services, including hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk.
• Ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and with high service quality across the organization.
• Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for HR services within scope.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and Spanish labour regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR governance, processes and systems.
• Lead and support HR operations improvement initiatives and transformation projects, focusing on efficiency, standardization and automation.
• Promote best practices in HR service delivery and operational excellence.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy and reliability across HR systems.
• Act as a key operational contact for HR-related queries and service delivery topics.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to ensure HR services effectively support organizational needs.
• Lead, coach and develop a small HR services team.
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented and continuous improvement culture.
