DuPont in Asturias, Spain is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver HR administration services to employees and managers on-site. This full-time role includes payroll processing, benefits management, onboarding, data reporting and project collaboration.

Fluency in English, German and French is preferred, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. You will work under pressure, using HR systems and standard policies to support the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, business administration, engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in English, German and French.
• Availability to work in the afternoon.
• One to two years proven relevant experience in same position or equivalent.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, capable to work under highly stress environment.
• Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet payroll processing deadlines.
• Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Windows; ServiceNow & Workday knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deliver, analyze and coordinate HR programs for managers and employees.
• Manage HR cases and provide data management, reporting, compliance, vendor integration and transactional support.
• Administer Terms & Conditions per DuPont policies.
• Manage employee benefits including TPV administration and HR invoices.
• Oversee New Hire administration with managers, recruiters, candidates and local HR.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll runs with correct calculations and special payments.
• Collaborate on or lead long-term projects in advisor's area.
• Apply broad or deep skills across processes, procedures and systems.
• Understand team integration with broader company objectives.
• Modify work practices to improve efficiency with limited supervision.
