Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Internship experience in HR in a multinational company.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Other languages and project management tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR strategy.
• Support employees and internal communications.
• Support on Human Capital reporting and analysis.
• Support in the development of internal policies and negotiations.
• Employer branding and driving forward the people strategy and planning.
