Mondelez España Galletas Production SLU is offering an HR People Lead Intern role in Madrid for six months, starting August 2026. The position supports HR strategy, internal communications, and people analytics in a multinational environment.

The candidate should be a student or recent graduate in HR, fluent in English and Spanish, with MS Office skills and a willingness to learn. Compensation is 1,000 EUR per month, with relocation not specified. Internship is fixed-term and based in Madrid.

• You are a student/ recent graduate of Human Resources or equivalent


• You have already completed an internship in an HR department in a multinational company


• You are recognized for your willing to learn and grow


• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point are super valued)


• You are fluent in English and Spanish


• Other languages would be a plus


• Project Management tools would be a plus
