Global Exchange is seeking an HR Data Analytics Intern in Madrid to develop Power BI dashboards, analyze headcount and key HR metrics, and support global HR processes. You will work with the People Analytics team and contribute to cross-functional HR projects in an international environment.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, process automation, and collaboration with colleagues across departments. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in business, economics, or analytics.

Competenze

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics or similar.
• Analytical skills and curiosity to understand trends and metrics.
• Interest in applying data analysis and reporting tools to HR processes.

Mansioni

• Develop Power BI dashboards and HR data analyses.
• Prepare department reports and KPIs.
• Manage and maintain HR databases.
• Advanced reporting and process automation.
• Provide cross-functional administrative support to the HR team.
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
