Job summary

Ekkiden Group is seeking an Internship Human Resources Assistant (F/H/X) in Madrid. You will support personnel administration, payroll data handling, and learning and development administration within an international HR team across France, Switzerland, Spain and Germany.

The role offers flexible working conditions and a paid internship, with a central Madrid office and a terrace. Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Spanish or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Track personnel files and HR data.
• Prepare employment contract documents.
• Assist with tracking absences, vacations and sick leave.
• Support payroll data collection and verification.
• Coordinate training registrations and attendance.
• Update HR tracking spreadsheets and reports.
• Contribute to HR data handling process improvements.
