SD Worx is seeking a Team Manager HR Operations to lead an HR operations team ensuring accurate, timely payroll and compliance. You will drive continuous improvement, automation and quality enhancements across payroll services.

Formación

• Proven people leadership experience
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to listen and lead with empathy and respect

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR Operations Team to deliver high-quality HR outsourcing services in accordance with the contract scope and SLAs
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions and tax withholdings
• Guarantee compliance with all applicable legal, tax, social security and internal regulations
• Review and approve payroll results to ensure quality, accuracy and deadlines
• Define team objectives, KPIs and individual development plans
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and 1:1 discussions
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during payroll audits
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Analyze payroll data to identify, investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies
• Manage vendors and external partners and act as escalation point when required
• Organize and support testing activities related to system changes
