SD Worx is seeking a Team Manager HR Operations in Armilla, Andalucía, Spain, to lead and develop an HR operations team delivering accurate payroll and compliant services across our European footprint.

You will drive continuous improvement, automation and quality, manage audits with internal and external partners, and shape team objectives with KPIs. Proficient German and English, advanced Excel and a people-first leadership style are essential.

Formación

• Proven people leadership experience, coaching and performance management.
• Very good German and good English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Strong service orientation with focus on quality and reliability.
• Willingness to lead with empathy and develop the team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR Operations Team to deliver high-quality outsourcing services per contract and SLAs.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, deductions and tax withholdings.
• Guarantee compliance with legal, tax, social security and internal regulations.
• Review and approve payroll results to meet deadlines.
• Define team objectives, KPIs and individual development plans.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and 1:1s.
• Collaborate with auditors and identify process improvements and automation.
• Analyze payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendors and external partners and act as escalation point.
• Organize and support testing activities related to system changes.
