SD Worx is seeking a Global Sales Manager to drive international growth by identifying new markets and leading cross-border sales to successful outcomes. You will engage with decision-makers across borders and collaborate with senior leaders to shape HR & Payroll solutions on a global stage.

In this role, you will build strategic relationships with C-level executives, HR, IT and Procurement, manage multiple opportunities in parallel, and travel across Europe to meet clients and events.

Formación

• Proven strong sales experience in HR & Payroll industry.
• Track record of achieving international sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel with a structured approach.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets to support sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, HR, IT and Procurement.
• Lead negotiations and close strategic, high-value contracts balancing commercial outcomes with long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and share insights on sales performance, market developments and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape client solutions and engage in cross-border deal processes.
