4flow is seeking an HR Generalist & Office Manager to support HR operations and office management across Spain, with focus on Zaragoza. You will partner with the HR Manager to manage the employee lifecycle, contracts, payroll coordination and recruiting in a dynamic international environment.

The role blends HR administration with facilities management, offering broad exposure to HR functions and cross-border collaboration with colleagues in Europe. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in HR Administration, Generalist or Office support.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate contract changes, leave management and data updates.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with external providers.
• Support recruiting processes from job posting to onboarding.
• Assist in office management and facilities issues in Zaragoza.
• Ensure HR processes are executed efficiently and compliantly.
