4flow AG in Zaragoza, Spain, seeks an HR Generalist & Office Manager to combine HR operations with office administration across our Spain, Italy, and Portugal footprint. You will own the employee lifecycle, coordinate payroll with external providers, and support recruitment while ensuring smooth day-to-day activities in our international Corporate Services team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, general administration, or office management.
• Experience coordinating payroll with external providers.
• Recruiting experience is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee complete HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll data with external providers and ensure accuracy.
