4flow in Spain is seeking a Coordinator Operations to join our management line. You will coordinate transportation coordination and processing, oversee a team of specialists across plants, and ensure quality gates and standards in daily exception handling.

The role involves regular reporting, status calls, and stakeholder communication while collaborating closely with your supervisor. You should bring 2+ years in an execution environment, leadership potential, and strong communication skills in

• 2+ years within Execution environment.
• Ability to lead and work in a team.
• Strong communication in Spanish, English and Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing daily exception handling for plants in international locations.
• Represent quality gate of correct prioritization, appropriate communication and application of standards in exception handling.
• Support the team to achieve results in daily work.
• 1st level of escalation for customer matters.
• Process documentation, weekly status calls, reporting, and knowledge sharing within and outside the team.
• Close collaboration with your supervisor.

You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing.
