Formación

• Experience in transportation/logistics with a strong customer-service focus.
• Ability to prioritise tasks during busy periods while communicating proactively and positively.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid setup in Zaragoza, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth execution of all transportation areas for daily operations.
• Perform customer service tasks: manage transport orders, communicate with customers/partners.
• Handle shipping exceptions and ensure information flows to customers and relevant parties.
• Provide solutions for transport delays and support logistics network optimization.
