4flow in Spain is looking for a Coordinator Operations to manage transportation coordination and process tasks for a team of specialists across multiple plants.

You will lead daily exception handling, ensure standards, support the team, and act as the first escalation point for customers while working closely with your supervisor and stakeholders.

Formación

• 2+ years in execution environment and in-depth knowledge.
• Ability to balance daily and weekly responsibilities with escalation handling.
• Strong communication in Spanish, English and Italian.

4flow is continuing its successful growth around the globe. For our office in Spain, we are looking for a talented candidates who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow's business in Spain.

What your new challenge will look like

You will be hired as a Coordinator Operations for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

• Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing daily exception handling for up to 3 plants in international locations
• Represent quality gate of correct prioritization, appropriate communication and application of standards in exception handling
• Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work
• 1st level of escalation for customer matters
• Process documentation, weekly status calls, comments on exceptions preparation, reporting, building a strong connection to customer & stakeholders, knowledge share within the team & outside, support of side projects, possible hyper care follow-ups of special setups
• Close collaboration with your supervisor
