Cencora in Viladecans (Barcelona) offers an HR Business Partner Intern role within the Supply Chain People Team. You will support HR initiatives across our Spain operations, gaining exposure to talent management, workforce analytics, and organizational development.

This internship blends strategic and operational HR, involving reports, dashboards, employee engagement, and change management projects. You will interact with managers, employees, and HR stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.

Formación

• Pursuing university degree with internship agreement.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
• Availability to sign an internship agreement with a university or business school.

Responsabilidades

• Support Talent Management processes including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Development Plans and Performance Management cycles.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys and action planning.
