Richemont Iberia SL is offering an HR Intern position in Madrid for a 6-month internship. The role supports onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and HR data tasks while providing frontline HR support and KPI dashboard development for managers.

You will work with HR Business Partners on Learning & Development and participate in the Annual Performance Cycle, mid-year and annual reviews, and calibration processes. Fluency in Spanish and English, and strong Excel skills are required to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HR activities for the Iberia region (onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and contractual changes).
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and create HR dashboards with KPIs for managers.
• Assist HR Business Partners in Learning & Development activities such as Talent Assessment and Talent Development.
• Support Annual Performance Cycle activities, including Mid-Year reviews, annual performance reviews, and calibration.
• Ensure employee files are up to date and compliant with policies and data privacy requirements.
• Contribute to various HR project implementations to drive success.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team to understand full scope.

• You will be supporting in day-to-day HR activities for the Iberia region - related to onboarding, offboarding, internal moves and other contractual changes.
• You will be facilitating employees with first-line support in their HR related questions and create HR dashboards with HR KPI's for managers.
• You will be supporting the HR Business Partners in Learning & Development activities, such as Talent Assessment, Potential Assessment and Talent Development.
• Furthermore, you will be supporting the HR Business Partners in activities related to the Annual Performance Cycle, such as Mid-Year reviews, annual performance reviews, and performance calibration.
• You will ensure employee files are up to date, accurately maintained, and organized in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• You will contribute to several project implementations to make this a success.
• You will be working closely together with the HR team to see the full scope.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US

By being yourself and showing your passion for people and processes, while demonstrating great analytical and communication skills. You are currently enrolled in a university and are available for an internship starting for 6 months. You are fluent in Spanish and English. You like to work with HR data and are experienced in working with Excel.

As HR Intern within the HR department, you have a curious and proactive attitude to be involved in the projects in our HR department. You are creative, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
