Job summary

Stephenson Harwood in Madrid is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the Madrid office's people agenda. You will act as the first point of contact for HR matters, own end-to-end processes, and partner with senior stakeholders including the Office Managing Partner to drive talent initiatives and payroll accuracy.

The role covers talent management, onboarding, immigration, leave, performance reviews, and benefits administration across a global firm.

Qualifications

• Substantial HR experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage high volumes of work.
• Proficient in HR information systems and data reporting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR matters in Madrid office.
• Own end-to-end HR processes, ensuring accuracy and escalation as needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including Office Managing Partner and Madrid Office Manager.
• Lead annual people processes for Madrid, such as performance reviews and salary reviews.
• Support talent management, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with partner HR team on Madrid matters and global HR projects.
