OneTrust is seeking a Senior Principal / Director, HR Country Manager to lead Spain’s HR strategy from its Madrid hub. The role will require hands-on leadership, expert knowledge of local labor law, and close collaboration with global People teams to drive compliant, scalable programs.

Based in Madrid, the role demands a strategic partner across executives, legal, payroll, and HRIS, with a focus on workforce planning, employee experience, and risk management in a fast-paced multinational

Formación

• Deep knowledge of Spain employment law and labor practices, including employee relations frameworks.
• Strong experience with Equality Plan design, governance, and compliance in Spain.
• Proven ability to lead complex employee relations, investigations, and legally informed decisions.
• Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams in a multinational setting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior in-person HR leader for Spain and the Madrid site, advising local leaders on strategy and risk.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Translate global People strategies into Spain market execution that is compliant, culturally relevant, and scalable.
• Lead complex employee relations, investigations, and sensitive exits in Spain.
• Own Spain labor and statutory compliance across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify policy, process, and controls updates to mitigate risk and maintain audit readiness.
• Provide strategic HR leadership for organizational changes and culture.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and improve employee experience and performance.
• Mentor the current HR country partner toward broader site leadership.
