Job summary

PowerCo in Valencia, Spain, seeks an enthusiastic HR Learning intern to support training program coordination across departments. You will help schedule sessions, liaise with providers, and assist in creating reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are enrolled at UPV or UV, can commute to Sagunto, available 30–40 hours per week for 6–7 months starting January, and possess strong English and MS Office skills. A disability certificate is valued and CV should be in English.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at UPV or UV ( convenio with university ).
• Able to commute independently to the Sagunto site.
• Long-term intern available from January for 6-7 months.
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs across departments.
• Assist in logistics: room bookings, calendar invites, attendee lists.
• Liaise with external training providers: docs, delivery dates, feedback.
