PowerCo Battery Spain, S.A.U. is seeking a Learning & Development Coordination Intern to support training programs across departments in Valencia. You will help logistics, scheduling, and coordination with external providers, while gaining hands-on HR experience.

Ideal candidates are enrolled at UPV or UV, can commit 6-7 months starting January 2027, and are available 30-40 hours per week. English proficiency (B2) and MS Office skills are preferred.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2)
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate training programs and assist in logistics
• Schedule trainings, room bookings, invites, attendee lists
• Act as liaison with external training providers and track delivery
• Support attendance, completion status and certificates tracking
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders (e.g., universities)
