Job summary

Opella seeks a People Success Digital Product Manager in Barcelona to shape strategy and governance for Learning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Analytics technologies. You will collaborate with People & Culture, Digital, Data, Security, and external partners to deliver employee-facing tech that drives measurable business value and a seamless experience.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, build business cases, manage budgets, and report to senior governance forums.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital products, HR technology platforms, enterprise applications, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap development.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Experience delivering technology projects across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the People Success digital product portfolio.
• Translate business priorities into scalable digital capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery including discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Partner with Data, Architecture, Security, Privacy, and Digital teams to ensure compliant, secure solutions.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement through analysis of user feedback and metrics.
