Zusammenfassung

Glovo is seeking an HR/People intern in Spain to assist onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. You will help ensure documentation compliance with Spanish labor law and support day-to-day HR operations, including records and system updates.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed an HR-related degree, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and fluent English and Spanish. A proactive, curious mindset is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, labor relations, business administration, psychology or similar.
• Previous internship or academic experience in HR is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish Social Security or HR administration is a plus.
• Good data management skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Support onboarding of new employees in Spain and ensure access to resources and tools.
• Assist in signing employment documents and benefits enrollment per Spanish law.
• Support HR daily operations: records, system updates, and document management.
• Track sick leaves and update Social Security and payroll data.
• Explain benefits to employees and assist in payroll/benefits changes.
• Provide support to People team on payroll, administration and benefits topics.
• Assist in audits to ensure compliance and proper file maintenance.
• Identify process improvements and help implement changes.
