SAUR’s Gestagua office in Madrid seeks a French-speaking HR Trainee who is pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You will support onboarding, recruitment, and HR admin across French Overseas Territories and coordinate with HQ on projects.

The role offers a 3 days in-office / 2 days remote hybrid model, a 1000€ gross monthly salary, 11€ meal vouchers per day, and an international environment in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.
• Ideally a first experience as HR trainee.
• Fluent in both English and French. Spanish appreciated.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Available to start on January 2027

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St-Martin and St. Barthélemy)
• Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives
• Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions
• Preparation of job descriptions and recruitment support
• Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies
