SAUR is seeking a Workday Stream Lead to own and drive the Workday HR platform across streams such as Recruiting, Core HCM, Talent & Performance, and more. The role requires acting as SME for the chosen stream, gathering local business requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize processes, deliver enhancements, and ensure a seamless employee experience in an international environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong expertise in one Workday module (Recruiting, Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advance Compensation, Learning, Payroll Interfaces).
• Experience in Workday implementation and post-go-live support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional roadmap for your Workday Stream.
• Gather local business requirements for SAUR International.
• Configure and optimize Workday processes and workflows.
• Manage enhancements, releases, testing, and deployments.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Support payroll integrations and interface management.
• Act as the trusted advisor for business stakeholders.

We are currently looking for a Workday Stream Lead for SAUR International division.

Mission

We are looking for an experienced Workday Stream Lead to own and drive our Workday HR platform in one of these streams Recruiting, Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advance Compensation, Learning and Payroll Interfaces.

You will be acting as the SME for one of the Workday streams and serving as the main point of contact for SWI, gathering local business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize processes, deliver enhancements, and ensure a seamless employee experience.

• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent English and spanish.
• Workday certifications are a plus.

Conditions

• Permanent contract.
• Gross annual salary of 58-62k + annual bonnus.
